Food is always great! Shakes also very good and hot fudge cakes are divine. We live in TN but usually go by at least once every trip we make to Harlan.
I work at dairy hut in harlan.. I think the food is awesome and the people I work with are the best. Sometimes it's hard when we have a lot of orders, so please be patient, because our food is worth the wait. And I saw a comment of her that said that service and food had declined. I'm not sure what your issue was, but please feel free to let us know. We can't improve if we don't know what we're doing wrong.
Food is pretty good and at a reasonable price. Uses fresher I gradients instead of frozen hamburger patties. A little bit of a wait though.
Used to be a great place and even though they have done renovations a few years ago, it hasn't been cleaned and kept up. The food quality has declined and so has the service.
